Job Description:

Position: Junior Facility Management
Within the Facility Management & Site Services Business Unit, we are seeking a candidate to join the Customer Care and Service Delivery North unit, responsible for:
* Supporting the Cluster Manager in managing maintenance and soft services providers and maintaining relationships with the division;
* Assisting the Manager in overseeing the provider during routine and extraordinary activities as per contractual agreements;
* Coordinating with the client to address operational needs, identifying and resolving complaints and disruptions in collaboration with the provider;
* Updating technical specifications in coordination with relevant company functions;
* Participating in monthly meetings with clients and providers as stipulated in the contract;
* Monitoring and controlling provider activities through IT systems, identifying deviations from SLA, and implementing corrective actions;
* Supporting the Manager in liaising with other LGS functions regarding site activities and providing technical support;
* Proposing investments to ensure operational continuity of the sites.
Requirements
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Management Engineering, Architecture, or a technical diploma with at least 5 years of experience.
Experience Level: Junior
Technical Skills: Experience managing facilities in various site types (retail, commercial, chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial).
Behavioral Skills: Flexibility, proactivity, listening skills, results-oriented.
Language Skills: English B1/B2 level
Computer Skills: Office Suite, Win Project, SAP, AutoCAD
