In this role you design and deliver production- grade AI and data architectures for global brands, blending strategy, innovation, and hands-on engineering. You’ll advise clients, craft cloud-native AI solutions, and lead cross-disciplinary delivery to create impactful, data-driven experiences. You’ll shape proposals, guide delivery, and stay ahead of AI trends to keep frog at the cutting edge. This opportunity combines strategic thinking with practical engineering to scale intelligent digital products.

* Technology Advisory: translate business challenges into actionable AI/data architectures and identify AI-enabled value
* Hands-on Solution Architecture and Build: design end-to-end AI systems, including data flows, RAG pipelines, model orchestration, real-time inference, and prototypes
* Pre-Sales: shape proposals and go-to-market approaches for AI initiatives in collaboration with sales
* Solution Delivery Leadership: oversee AI app delivery with LLMs, generative AI, predictive analytics, and UX integration
* Thought Leadership: track emerging AI tech and contribute to frog offerings and viewpoints
* Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: work with UX, Product, Strategy, and Engineering from discovery to deployment
Responsabilità
* 5+ years in data, AI, cloud, or technology consulting
* Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-native AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP
* Experience architecting production-grade AI applications, ideally customer-facing
* Strong understanding of modern data architectures (event-driven, data lakes, real-time)
* Leadership experience guiding teams of engineers or data/ML practitioners
* Experience driving pre-sales conversations and crafting value-based proposals
* Ability to operate across strategy and engineering, from discovery to delivery
* Ability to define AI strategies and governance, readiness assessments, and operating models
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Knowledge of web/mobile development frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, React Native, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin)
* Fluency in English (B2+)
