For a Medical Devices project in Ventimiglia (Liguria), we are looking for a Site HSE Support professional to work alongside the on-site HSE Senior, supporting day-to-day site HSE activities.

📍 Location: Ventimiglia (Liguria) – on-site
Project scope
New plant installation within an existing building (currently empty), including site set-up and construction/installation activities.
Responsibilities
* Support the on-site HSE Senior in the daily HSE management of construction/installation activities
* Ensure compliance with Italian HSE regulations, site rules and project procedures
* Contribute to the implementation of the HSE Plan, risk assessments and method statements
* Carry out site inspections/audits and support the follow-up of corrective actions
* Support permits to work, toolbox talks and safety inductions
* Monitor contractors/subcontractors HSE performance and reporting
* Support incident/near-miss reporting and investigations
* Promote proactive hazard identification and a strong safety culture on site
Requirements
* Early-career (1–3 years) experience in HSE roles in construction / site installation environments..
* CSE and/or CSP qualification (mandatory)
* Solid knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and site HSE best practices
* Experience supporting contractor management and site HSE activities
* Preferred: exposure to pharma / life sciences projects (GMP environment is a plus)
* Italian: fluent (mandatory)
* English: good level (preferred)
