As a Customer Service Advisor for the Italian market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back‑office tasks. Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results‑oriented manner.
