What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide Level 3 support for Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
* Manage and maintain endpoint devices, including Lenovo laptops, Apple iOS/iPadOS devices, and related peripherals.
* Device Management for laptops (mainly Lenovo), mobile devices (Apple iOS/iPadOS), and peripherals.
* Collaboration and productivity tools management, including Microsoft 365 services (Windows, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, M365 E3/E5).
* Security, identity, and access services using Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
* Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Windows enterprise environments.
* Design, implement, and support device enrollment and lifecycle management using Intune, Autopilot, and Apple Business Manager.
* Ensure secure identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
* Monitor system performance, reliability, and security compliance across all managed endpoints and services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-user experiences and continuous service improvements.
* Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.
* Support incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
What You’ll Bring Along
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 (E3/E5).
* Expertise in device management for Windows and Apple ecosystems.
* Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
* Experience with Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
* Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance policies, and conditional access.
* Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and service management tools.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
* Experience with scripting (PowerShell) and automation is an advantage.
* Knowledge of mobile application management (MAM) and mobile device management (MDM) strategies.
