Prepare and develop the P&R negotiation strategy
Generate pharmacoeconomic evidence to support product value proposition
Contribute, in synergy with the local and European cross‑functional team, to the generation of Real World Evidence studies
Interpret payer expectations regarding product value through constructive interaction with external experts, policy makers, public decision makers and regional market access agencies
Analyze regulatory and health policy trends to assess impact on the company pipeline
Maintain coordination with the international Market Access and Value & Health Outcome network for assigned products
Ensure plans contain the most effective measures, aligned with analyzed trends, to prepare an appropriate value proposition for decision makers
Actively participate in inter‑departmental Market Access team meetings
Manage evidence throughout the product life cycle
Adopt a strategic vision based on the flow: outcome -> how -> what
Continuously map stakeholders and facilitate their engagement
Actively contribute to forecast construction (strategy & forecast)
Own projects in collaboration with RAM with continuous information exchange
Basic Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured Market Access & Health Economics team in a high‑specialization pharmaceutical industry
Established expertise in the specialty area
Strong skills in preparing and developing P&R negotiation strategy and compiling P&R dossiers
Direct and indirect participation in building strategic Market Access plans in the pharmaceutical industry
Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Ability to work independently and proactively, building credibility with internal and external stakeholders and influencing decisions
Ability to translate scientific knowledge into business‑oriented strategies and activities
Client‑orientation and capacity to work with multidisciplinary teams and networks across geographic regions and functions
Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and conceptual reasoning
Effective conflict and problem resolution, handling complex management issues calmly
Proven influence and credibility across internal and external stakeholders
Capability to work inter‑functionally in a matrix environment, balancing priorities and managing multiple activities through good planning, project administration and organizational skills
