And that’s where you come in. /ph3Accountabilities /h3ulliRequirement Management project database: Configuration and Management /liliProject Engineer support for requirements management during all project life cycle /liliSystem Engineering support for requirements development respecting traceability /liliSupport responsible to define the Requirement Management Plan (RMP) /liliPerform analysis of defects/incidents to find the root cause of problems /liliRequirements Engineering process during all project life cycle /liliRequirements KPI analysis /liliTechnical support to enable improved project deliverables (e.g. CAD, GPLM, etc) /li /ulh3Required Skills/Knowledge /h3ulliKnowledge in Requirement Management discipline /liliDeep knowledge of the IBM DOORS tool and DXL Language /liliLiaise with clients and the system design authority to confirm system requirements /liliAdvanced knowledge in MS Office software package (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Power Point) /liliAnalyse stakeholder needs and expectations to establish the requirements for the project or system /liliCreate and maintain the project requirements in DOORS /liliProvide project requirements management progress and KPI reports /liliKnowledge of V life cycle /liliBasic knowledge of Rail Transit Subsystem /liliProblem solving capability /liliCommunicate effectively /liliTeam working capability /liliWorking under stress /liliAt least 3 years of experience in similar positions is a preferential title /li /ulh3Education / Qualifications /h3pElectrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Qualifications/Associate Degree or equivalent technical background. /ph3Languages /h3pEnglish fluent.
