Network Engineer
with strong
Citrix and VDI expertise
and proven
team leadership skills
to join our team in
Milan. This is a
hybrid position (1 day per week onsite, 4 days remote). You will work in an
international environment, contributing to projects that require advanced technical expertise, leadership, and fluent communication in

Your missions
Lead and coordinate Citrix/VDI-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Manage and support network infrastructure, with a focus on Citrix environments. Act as a technical reference point for the team, mentoring junior engineers, assign task. Collaborate with international teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication in English. Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and performance monitoring.
Your profile
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proven experience with
Citrix technologies
(XenApp, XenDesktop, VDI solutions). Solid background in
network engineering
(TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls). Previous experience as a
team leader
or in a coordination role. Fluent in
English
(spoken and written); Italian is a plus. Problem-solving mindset, ability to work in hybrid/remote setups.
