Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a talented Instructor/Trainer - Senior to join our team!
This role will be performed on-site in Vincenza, Italy.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Seek relevance on new internet data sets and exploitation tools.
* Conduct training and develop criteria for evaluating training effectiveness.
* Develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for authorized personnel.
* Research national security, infrastructure, technology, and vulnerabilities.
* Establish and review course content and objectives for OSINT training programs.
* Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
* Update course documentation regularly for timeliness and relevance.
* Provide innovative learning solutions and industry best practices.
* Research and recommend new training, educational, and multimedia technologies.
* Stay current with relevant technologies and subject areas.
* Describe capabilities and limitations of current and future collection and exploitation technologies.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's Degree & 9+ years of experience, Master's Degree & 7+ years, or PhD/JD & 4+ years.
* Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
* Ability to prepare training curricula for various delivery methods, including eLearning and LMS platforms.
* Skills to design, develop, and evaluate advanced training concepts and standards.
* Skills to develop new applications based on professional principles and theories.
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required.
This position is part of our Federal Solutions team, delivering resources to US government clients in defense, security, intelligence, and related areas. We foster a culture of excellence and teamwork, protecting our nation’s critical assets from Earth to cyberspace.
Salary Range:
$100,900.00 - $176,600.00
