Experteer Overview

In this role you will map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding and usage, driving tangible improvements in conversion and customer experience. You work closely with Digital Sales, Performance, Product, Data and UX teams to translate insights into actionable experiments. You’ll enable continuous experimentation and help build a holistic customer view to inform growth decisions. This position offers the opportunity to shape how digital channels deliver simple, customer-centric experiences at scale in a dynamic financial services environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits
* Analyse and map end-to-end customer journeys and identify friction, drop-offs and growth opportunities
* Design and optimise digital and omnichannel journeys with focus on customer experience and conversion
* Collaborate with Digital Sales and Performance teams to improve funnels, landing pages and key touchpoints
* Translate insights into actions, experiments and iterative improvements
* Work with UX/UI, Product Owners and IT to ensure consistency between design and delivery
* Enable and support continuous experimentation (A/B testing, CRO initiatives, new flows) across journeys
* Contribute to building a holistic customer view in collaboration with Data & Customer Intelligence teams
* Monitor journey performance using KPIs such as conversion, drop-off, time-to-yes, NPS, CES
* Advocate for the customer in growth and decision‑making discussions
Responsabilità
* Master’s degree
* 4–7 years in customer journey management, digital sales, CRO, UX, growth or digital product roles
* Strong experience in analysing and optimising digital funnels and customer flows
* Ability to interpret customer behaviour data (web analytics, CRM data, customer insights)
* Experience in cross‑functional digital environments (marketing, product, IT, data)
* Structured problem solving and results‑oriented mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder xjrgpwk management
* Fluent English
* Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a strong plus
* Customer‑first mindset with solid commercial awareness
* Hands‑on and impact‑driven
* Curious, eager to learn and comfortable with experimentation
* Comfortable in dynamic, fast‑moving environments
