What we look for
We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager for the CS team that can help Alessio, our CEO, in managing the existing business portfolio. You will ensure that customers understand our product and are 100% satisfied with our service, both before and after the sale. You will manage existing client relationships, managing contract renewals, driving upsell opportunities, and delivering high-impact user training sessions.
Our Customer Success function is still being built, giving you the opportunity to create processes from scratch and operate with a high degree of autonomy across multiple initiatives. You will play a key role in scaling the team, including hiring and mentoring new team members.
You’ll be in constant contact with clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs and translating feedback into actionable insights. At the same time, you will work closely with the product team to shape the product roadmap, helping define priorities and feat
