This team consists of five members located across multiple countries, handling both direct and indirect sales /liliThe individual will oversee generating over $20 million in annual revenue and approximately $12 million in new business. They will position our leading telematics solutions among insurance clients (for both products and services) and fleet operators. This role requires a deep understanding of the telematics and connected vehicle markets to develop effective sales strategies for digital insurance and fleet services. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating a robust sales pipeline and maximizing revenue opportunities /liliThe individual will be responsible for owning and developing the global insurance telematics strategy across all markets and the fleet strategy in the EU5 region. Engages directly with key customers and opportunities to support pipeline closure and foster long-term relationships /liliLeadership Teamwork: Attracts and nurtures sales talent by creating growth opportunities within the team. Motivates the sales team and allocates accounts and opportunities to maximize revenue growth. Ensures diversity and meets attrition targets within the sales team /liliSales Management: Ensures the team’s adherence to sales methods and tools, aligning with other teams and functions across Vodafone.
