Experteer OverviewIn this role you will support the legal function for a renewables leader in Rome, handling a broad mix of contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with Development, Engineering and Asset Management to enable project execution and growth. You will participate in M&A, project finance and dispute support, shaping risk management for large infrastructure. This is an hands-on opportunity to impact complex renewable projects from early stages.Retribuzione / BenefitsDraft and review a wide range of commercial contracts (NDAs, MoUs, term sheets, development, EPC/OM, PPAs, consultancy)Support M&A transactions and project finance activities (data room coordination, due diligence, closing assistance)Assist corporate governance and secretary duties (board minutes, powers of attorney, records)Support compliance initiatives (org-wide models like D.lgs 231/2001, privacy, internal policies)Monitor energy and environmental regulations and advise internal teamsAssist in disputes management and coordination with external counselOversee contract administration, documents, and monitoring of deadlinesResponsabilitàMaster's Degree in Law2–4 years of relevant experience (Law firm or corporate legal dept)Fluent English (written and spoken)Good understanding of civil and commercial lawGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
