Trade Marketing Specialist – Dermatological Beauty Division
As the Trade Marketing Specialist for the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division, you will be the key driver for commercial and marketing excellence within the Pharmacy channel. You will report to the Trade Marketing Manager and be responsible for coordinating the strategic execution of our iconic brands—La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy, and SkinCeuticals—ensuring maximum impact at the point of sale.
A Day in the Life
- Performance & Sell-Out Analysis: Manage and analyze pharmacy sell‐out data, transform insights to drive growth and optimize promotional plans, and continuously monitor the competitive landscape.
- In‐Store Visibility Strategy: Define the window display plan for all four brands, oversee the creation of compelling trade presentation materials, and manage the product catalog to communicate key messages to pharmacists.
- Commercial Cycles: Structure promotional cycles by defining offers and priorities, and equip the sales force with the necessary tools and kits to succeed.
- Cross‐Functional Coordination: Work closely with brand marketing teams and the Commercial Direction to ensure a synergistic multi‐brand strategy.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in sales or trade marketing who can thrive in a multi‐brand environment and meet the following qualifications.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to manage and interpret sell‐out data to drive results.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of trade marketing dynamics and the ability to translate strategy into effective in‐store execution.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects, from planning promotional cycles to creating visibility materials.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with transversal teams to achieve common goals.
- Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for aesthetics and detail to ensure brand excellence in all in‐store communications.
- Background in a sales or trade marketing role.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English.
