Customer Service Representative

* Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, call centers).
* A good level of English language proficiency.
* Strong IT skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email.
* Experience working with customers.
* A positive and proactive attitude.
