Ph3Posizione /h3pLa posizione è aperta all’interno del team di Generali Italia. Il candidato farà parte del team di Quality Management del Global Command Center (GCC), all’interno della divisione GOSP Infrastructure Operation. /ph3Responsabilità /h3ullibProcess analysis, design and reporting: /bulliAnalyze, define, document and deploy process rules, procedures, KPIs (efficacy, efficiency, quality of execution) on IT Service Management processes /liliDesign and implement reports (KPIs volumes and trends, …) and dashboards (online/offline) /liliBuild effective presentation decks for GOSP C-level Leadership /li /ul /lilibContinuous improvement: /bulliAnalyze and document data and KPIs trends, defining the needed corrective actions, eventually identifying AIOps requirements /liliDevelop business cases for the identified corrective actions and initiate related projects, as needed /liliDefine, manage and maintain the improvements’ action plans with all the stakeholders involved, eventually escalating activities to the appropriate leadership levels /liliOrganize improvements plan review, document action plans status reporting /li /ul /lilibCommunication management: /bulliDefine and maintain the GCC communication plan, regarding GCC department updates impacting other stakeholders /liliDefine and deploy internal training and awareness sessions as part of the GCC communication plan or as part of the identified improvement actions involving other stakeholders /li /ul /li /ulh3Qualifiche richieste /h3ulliProactive, autonomous and driving approach /liliExtensive experience in IT Operation Service Management with a large knowledge of related IT Service Management practices, specifically as Incident Coordinator and Problem Owner. Experience in Major Incident coordination or Crisis management would be a plus /liliIT Technical Operation and development background /liliStrong attitude to define fact‑based improvements, both on processes and technologies /liliAbility to define and implement reports, define and monitor KPIs and identify needed improvements /liliMultiyear experience in managing projects /liliFluent in English (B2 minimum required) /liliOutstanding communication and presentation skills /liliExpert in IT Service Management and Project Management /liliExpert in creating reporting and PowerPoint deck for C‑level /liliProficient in data reporting implementation and data analysis tools /liliProficient in productivity and collaboration tools /liliVery good knowledge of IT systems and networks architectures and operation /liliAvailable to work remotely with colleagues distributed across Europe /li /ulh3Località /h3pQuesta opportunità è disponibile nelle seguenti città: Milano, Mogliano Veneto, Roma. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
