PStep into the thrilling world of Formula 1 with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team, and don’t miss your unique opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and innovative environment. /ppWe are one of the two RedBull-owned Formula 1 Teams, and a group of passionate professionals in the endless search for performance and excellence, where every detail makes a difference, in every aspect of our operations. /ppWe are looking for a Senior Quality Mechanical Inspector to join our F1 Team in Faenza, Italy. /ppReporting to the Head of Quality, as a Senior Quality Mechanical Inspector you will play a crucial role in conducting inspections, ensuring components traceability, managing NCRs and CRs, and supporting track fault investigations. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPerform inspection procedures on components delivered to the Quality Department by external suppliers and internal production, adhering to established procedures. /liliManage Non-Conformities (NCR) and Concession Requests (CR) from both internal production and external suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and traceability. /liliParticipate in technical meetings with designers to address Non-Conformities and Concession Requests, ensuring appropriate actions and solutions are implemented. /liliEnsure traceability of inspections during the inspection phase, following Quality Department guidelines. /liliAssist in investigations related to faults and issues involving car parts, equipment, or production tools, in collaboration with the Reliability Department, Design Office, and Race Team. /liliSupport the Production Department by performing inspections during the production process. /li /ulh3Minimum Qualifications /h3ulliTechnical high school diploma. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in automotive companies (motorsport experience preferred). /liliProficiency in reading technical drawings with expertise in precision mechanics, materials, and material treatments. /liliFamiliarity with measurement tools: Coordinate Measuring Machines (Zeiss with Calypso software and/or Hexagon with PolyWorks software), Anthropomorphic Measuring Arms (with laser scanning head), and standard bench tools like micrometers, vernier calipers, gauge blocks, roughness meters, hardness meters, profilometers, etc. /liliKnowledge of automotive Quality systems and procedures, including experience working with external suppliers. /liliUnderstanding of non-conformity management and traceability concepts. /liliFamiliarity with ERP systems (preferred). /liliProficiency in English (B1 level preferred). /liliHigh flexibility, including availability to work shifts, overtime, and weekends. /liliProactive attitude and strong pressure/stress management skills. /liliWillingness to travel for business, both within Italy and abroad (0-10%). /li /ulh3Join the Team /h3pGot what it takes?
