As an AI specialist, you will be expected to plan, build and implement the companies AI strategy. You will report to higher management and will be pivotal in the companies overall strategy going forward. You will work closely with the IT and the Development team to develop, train and deploy AI solutions to the wider business.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Analyse data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the user experience.
* Create and design strategies for where AI can be implemented to save the company time and money, as well as provide useful insights.
* Advise the Head of Systems and IT on where AI would be beneficial in the company.
* Ensure the rollout of AI systems goes smoothly and users take up the technology.
* Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives.
* Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate decisions and gather feedback for future iterations.
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure AI is used correctly and in line with expectations.
* Review and provide feedback during the development process to ensure adherence to best principles.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Experience: 2+ years working with AI technologies such as ML and LLMS.
* Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of AI projects, including prototypes, and final designs.
* Tools: Proficiency with various LLMs and AI Technology stacks such as tensor.ai and mcp servers
* Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate decisions and rationale.
* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, handling feedback constructively and fostering a positive working environment.
