Overview\nFULL TIME | SENIOR DESIGNER WOMENSWEAR\nWe are looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Womenswear Senior Designer to join our design team.\nOur ideal candidate should have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to bring creativity to life. The Senior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing new designs, as well as collaborating with other members of the team to develop and refine pieces.\nYour Impact Guide creative research and idea development, in accordance with inputs received from the Head of Design. Including, research development and sketching (by hand).\nTake initiative in exploring and developing new ideas, following the inputs received from the Head of Design.\nManage the complete design process from conception through to production.\nSupport the Head of Design’s vision and ensure a high standard of quality and creativity, with attention to detail, across all deliverables.\nCollaborate with Coordination, Product Development, Materials, and Merchandising teams to ensure the brand delivers.
