Sidel is looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) specialized in Labelling equipment. The main responsibilities include installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing of Sidel Labelling equipment at customer sites within the ECA (Europe & Central Asia) perimeter. The role also involves providing technical assistance during and after the warranty period, conducting training, and delivering after-sales services. A good understanding of customer needs is essential to provide objective advice and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your Mission
* Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
* Operate on mechanical systems, HMI, electrical work (e.g., cable wiring), and automation for routine activities and troubleshooting, following Standard Operating Procedures.
* Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
* Prepare job progress charts and technical reports related to activities carried out.
* Ensure maximum customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
* Perform activities in line with SOPs, Sidel coordination plan rules, and customer rules.
* Coach junior colleagues on on-site behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting, and reporting deliverables.
* Report to the ISM regarding team site activities.
Your Profile
Education Qualifications and Language Requirements :
1. Technical professional qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics is a plus.
2. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Professional Qualifications and Experience :
3. At least 3 years of experience in field activities.
4. Experience in the beverage industry.
5. Strong technical background in Mechanics / Mechatronics.
6. Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus.
7. Availability to travel up to 90% internationally.
