Responsabilità The Product Configuration Manager will own the execution of product configuration projects (PCB) in line with the established times, costs, and quality, following the plan drawn up by the company functions, and adhering to defined quality processes, procedures, and timelines. As a Product Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for: Driving project execution and ensuring change implementation. Working with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time. Acting as a focal point and subject matter expert for all activities related to the Configuration Management process. Preparing, reviewing, and sharing weekly dashboards for process KPI monitoring and control. Managing the workload of Configuration Management Program Managers through new PCB assignments. Managing the Configuration Management Work Instruction and digital infrastructure, ensuring continuous improvements. Creating and sharing guidelines and best practices for program management, and updating existing guidelines and process documentation to align with process requirements. Scheduling and conducting regular and on-demand training on the process. Functie-eisen To be successful in this role, you will: Hold an engineering degree. Have experience in a technical commercial role or purchasing office. Possess good knowledge of GTE products and services. Have a good understanding of GTE organization and operating processes. Be familiar with Teamcenter PLM, Oracle ERP, and project planning tools. Be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Be capable of working in multifunctional teams and be task-oriented. Possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills. Be able to work within a matrix organizational structure. Be a team player with effective communication skills with peers and supervisors. Be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and high motivation. Possess excellent presentation skills.
