YOUR ROLE
In the role of BTECH Lead, technology is not viewed as delivery or a support function, but as the backbone of Enterprise Transformation. The primary responsibility is to guide clients in rethinking their Digital and Technology Core so that cloud, platforms and AI become true accelerators of business performance, decision-making speed and operational resilience.
In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:
* Define and lead the BTECH strategy within Enterprise Transformation programs (IT Strategy, Digital Core, Architecture, Platform & Tech Operating Model).
* Act as a strategic partner to CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and COOs in reimagining the role of technology as a driver of value and speed. Design and govern target architectures and transformation roadmaps (cloud, data, AI, ERP, core systems). Lead complex IT & Digital Transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business ambition, architecture and delivery. Define and lead the Cloud Strategy as a core pillar of Enterprise Transformation, ensuring consistency between business ambition, target architecture and operating model. Design cloud adoption and modernization roadmaps (public, hybrid, multi-cloud) focused on resilience, scalability, time to market and economic sustainability. Act as a strategic counterpart on FinOps, Cloud Operating Model, security & compliance, bringing these topics to ExCo / Board level when required.
* Govern the transformation of the Digital Core (ERP, core platforms, data & integration layer), avoiding lift-and-shift approaches and promoting value-driven architectural choices.
* Collaborate closely with EDA to ensure that AI, data and technology are designed as a single integrated system, rather than as separate capabilities. Integrate Agentic AI and intelligent automation into enterprise architectures, enabling new operating and decision-making models. Lead the evolution from traditional IT platforms to AI-augmented platforms, where software agents support processes, operations and decision-making. Support clients in moving from isolated use cases to scalable, industrialized and governable agent-based ecosystems.
* Build and scale the BTECH team, developing capabilities in architecture, technology strategy and transformation execution.
* Actively contribute to business development through origination, proposal shaping and leadership on major opportunities.
* Operate in close integration with EDA and W&O to ensure a single transformation engine and avoid technological fragmentation.
YOUR PROFILE
The ideal candidate is a leader with a proven track record in leading complex IT and Digital Transformation programs, strong expertise in cloud strategy and enterprise architecture, and the ability to look beyond technology to understand the impact of cloud and AI on operating models, cost structures and long-term competitiveness. A transformation architect rather than a pure technology specialist.
* Strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud, core platforms and IT operating models.
* Solid experience in Cloud Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and platform modernization within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Deep knowledge of major cloud and digital platform ecosystems, with the ability to remain vendor-agnostic and business-value oriented.
* Familiarity with AI-enabled architectures, advanced automation and emerging models (agentic AI, orchestration, intelligent workflows), both at a conceptual and strategic level.
* Strong credibility with top management and the ability to translate strategic ambition into concrete technology choices, particularly discussing with CEOs, CIOs and CTOs the impact of cloud and AI on operating models, cost structures and long-term competitiveness.
* Mature leadership style, results orientation and the ability to lead complex organizations.
* Fluent English; international experience is highly valued.
Note: Fluent English (spoken and written). Proven experience 12–15+ years of experience in IT Strategy, Digital Transformation or Technology Consulting.
