In this role you will:
* Assist in creating reports and technical documents
* Enter accurate meta-data to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval
* Implement trackers to monitor close out of proprietor actions
* Manage and control information circulation
* Set up an efficient document management system
* Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives
* Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases
We would love to hear from you if you:
* Have experience in a similar document management role
* Have experience in Aconex and S harepoint which are critical for this role
* Enjoy managing a large range of information
* Have excellent Excel and P owerpoint skills
* Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
* Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
