ADDETTO/ADDETTA AI TRASPORTI
Responsibilities include:
* Managing shipping orders (Italy & abroad), focusing on shipping dates and workload of the CLA
* Preparing shipping documents and verifying data between SAP and Easystore
* Handling courier pickups in Italy (GLS, BRT, etc.), managing courier errors and delivery anomalies
* Managing incoming shipments and related anomalies
* Handling returns to suppliers
* Managing urgent requests, coordinating with sales and warehouse departments
* Requesting materials for offices or departments
* Printing and managing customer labels for shipments within Italy and abroad
* Verifying and archiving daily purchase and sales DDTs
* Managing disposal and resale of materials via DDT
* Controlling and adjusting stock levels for order fulfillment
Requirements:
* Diploma
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Preferred knowledge of SAP
* Proficiency in Excel and Office suite
Additional qualities: precision and attention to detail.
We offer:
A fixed-term contract through temporary agency with potential for permanent employment. Salary and level will depend on experience and professionalism.
Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
