We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join our R&D Department. Working closely with the Project Manager, the selected candidate will act as the main point of reference for all electronics-related activities, liaising with both external suppliers and internal company departments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage technical documentation exchanged with electronic board suppliersAnalyze and interpret circuit schematicsDesign and develop electronic boards (PCBs)Manage and resolve non-conformitiesCoordinate interactions between certification bodies and suppliersCollect and manage feedback and reports from the marketPerform debugging activities, define functional specifications, and ensure the proper operation of prototypesPrepare technical supply specifications for suppliers and customersRequirementsMaster's Degree in Electronic EngineeringFluency in English, both written and spokenKnowledge of PLCs for the development of test benches is considered a plusBasic knowledge of web programmingFamiliarity with technical standards related to EMC and LVD, as well as experience with CAD softwareProactive attitude with a strong customer-oriented mindsetSystematic and structured approach to problem-solvingAbility to multitask and work effectively in a teamLocation: Recanati (MC), Italy
