**Contract Management officer
** for our
**Venegono Superiore
** office.The resource will be able to carry out the following activities:
* Control of activity progress in compliance with contractual requirements;
* Management of the delivery phase to the customer;
* Forecasting and Control of economics (orders/invoicing/collections/credits);
* Coordination of back-office activities;
* Control of contract milestone progress in collaboration with the Program Manager;
* Management of commercial opportunities and variations related to the contract/s of competence;
* Management of contractual claims (active and passive);
* Interface with corporate functions and with company management/Mgmt with reporting responsibilities (weekly/monthly);
* Support for the definition of Budget/Forecast Directives;
* Participate in interdisciplinary working groups.
**Educational qualification:
** Three-year degree, preferably in Technical or Economic fields.

**Technical knowledge and skills:
*** Commercial skills (offer preparation, negotiation, customer management);
* Knowledge of the sector is a plus.
