Your natural talent to help others and go beyond WOW for our customers will fit right in with what we do and who we are. /ppJoin us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures. /ppWe are looking for Microsoft Customer Engineer (Endpoint Management: SCCM Microsoft Intune) to join the CSA Global Delivery (GD) organization, with a strong specialization in Endpoint Management, specifically Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune. /ppAs part of Global Delivery, you will deliver high‑quality, scalable, and repeatable technical engagements for enterprise customers worldwide, helping them modernize, secure, and manage endpoint environments while accelerating adoption of Microsoft Cloud technologies. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working across customers, partners, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes at scale. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and deliver remote and hybrid customer engagements focused on: /liliMicrosoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) /liliMicrosoft Intune /liliCo‑management and hybrid endpoint strategies /liliDesign and implement modern endpoint management architectures, aligned with Microsoft best practices. /liliDrive endpoint modernization journeys, including: /liliMigration from SCCM to Intune /liliCo‑management enablement /liliWindows Autopilot and zero‑touch provisioning /liliProvide technical leadership during deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and operational readiness phases. /liliAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint management scenarios within Global Delivery. /liliCollaborate with other CSAs, partners, and field teams to deliver consistent and repeatable solutions at scale. /liliCapture and share technical best practices, patterns, and lessons learned within the CSA community. /liliContribute to internal enablement, knowledge sharing sessions, and community initiatives. /liliComplete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided. /liliConduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDeep hands‑on experience with: /liliMicrosoft Configuration Manager (SCCM / ConfigMgr) /liliMicrosoft Intune /liliStrong knowledge of: /liliWindows client management (Windows 10 / Windows 11) /liliCo‑management scenarios (SCCM + Intune) /liliWindows Autopilot /liliEndpoint security and compliance concepts /liliExperience with: /liliAzure Active Directory / Entra ID /liliMicrosoft 365 services /liliPowerShell for automation and troubleshooting /liliSolid understanding of hybrid and cloud‑native endpoint architectures. /liliPreferred Qualifications: /liliExperience in enterprise or large‑scale environments. /liliCustomer‑facing or consulting experience. /liliKnowledge of Endpoint security integrations (e.g., Defender for Endpoint), Conditional Access, and device compliance. /liliMicrosoft certifications related to Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365, Azure (nice to have). /liliProfessional Skills: /liliStrong communication and presentation skills. /liliAbility to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. /liliProven ability to work independently in a global, distributed delivery model. /liliCustomer‑centric mindset with a focus on business outcomes. /liliComfortable working in fast‑paced, change‑driven environments. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
