About the Role For our client, a leader in the production and marketing of electric motors, we are currently seeking a: Customer Service & Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for: Managing customer interactions during proposal, offer preparation, order processing, and drafting technical-commercial quotes; Building and maintaining trustful relationships with clients; Providing support and advice regarding the offered products with a focus on problem-solving and identifying suitable solutions; Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
