Responsibilities Ticketing operations for assigned venue clusters planning delivery and support Perform audits of hospitality seats and locations in venues Coordinate dedicated onsite and remote hospitality guest support for the efficient resolution of any ticketing and access issues Support sales process and approve requests from sales teams in reservations systems following established sales rules and focus on revenue targets Collaborate with Ticketing Product Inventory Pricing Event Production and Guest Services teams and other Functional Areas as necessary Monitor official competition schedules update internal documents when necessary and keep relevant FAs informed of changes Produce reports and data analysis as necessary Assist in the delivery of digital tickets to clients Supervise and motivate any additional ticketing staff that may report to you Other ticketing duties as required to support On Location's successful delivery of the Olympic and Paralympic Games project and test events This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of the employees activities duties or responsibilities for this job. Qualifications Required Education and / or Experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities : Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing for the Olympic and Paralympic Games or in other global sporting events with official travel and hospitality providers Minimum 2 years of experience with event ticketing systems and databases Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite in particular advanced capability in Excel and Airtable Knowledge of venue seating configurations Proficiency in project management applications Strong customer service ethic Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task prioritise and meet deadlines Fluent in Italian and English Excellent interpersonal skills written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively within a team Supervise and support junior staff to assist them in succeeding in their assigned missions Proactive in identifying areas where more support can be provided to maximise guest experience and achieve revenue targets Preferred Education and / or Experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities : Other languages Core Values As the leading experiences company in the world we strive to be the most innovative and passionate the best of the best.
