The Technical Support department is responsible for the entire Product Process and of the Production lines present in the Vestas Blades Italia production plant. Responsibilities
1. Plan and lead activities necessary to obtain desired levels of efficient and timeline processes in the factory. Translate production basis to local language.
2. Responsible for setup of production processes according to the production strategy of Vestas Blades.• Responsible for cooperation with Maintenance technicians on maintenance of equipment in the production area to meet operational requirements and company values and image.
3. Preparation and maintenance of necessary production documentation for correct manufacture of products.
4. Provide technical support and training to production teams when required as it applies to production processes, documentation, and setup of production lines.
5. Take responsibility for all issues related to production process issues.
6. Identifying key potentials, and implementing action plans through reporting systems to improve production quality.
7. Improve existing production processes to support continuous improvement on production lines, and make it more robust.
8. Cooperation with Production Quality Department, supporting cross-plant system issues that affect overall compliance.
9. Cooperation with MAN-Blades, PE team, Technology team to secure knowledge and understanding of production strategy.
10. Interface to cooperate with Manufacturing Tools & Equipment department, secure knowledge and understanding of production strategy.
11. Provide timely support to all shifts defined by project needs, production schedule, and production processes issues.
12. Handling change control of process areas, procedures in the factory. Working on routings, item warehouse, and item process.
13. Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
14. Master's degree (5-year program) in Engineering with a focus on manufacturing, mechanical, or materials engineering related to blade production
15. Medium to high English level

16. Ability to remain focused and professional under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions
17. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
18. Solid understanding of quality processes, methodologies, and reporting practices
19. Problem-solving and analytical skills
20. Communication and teamwork abilities
