As a Senior Data Scientist in AVEVA’s AI Investigation and Incubation team, you will explore and mature AI solutions for our industrial software offerings. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to translate concepts into data‑driven experiments and scalable analytics capabilities. You’ll shape the AI roadmap by turning research into practical, deployable products. This role offers the chance to influence industrial AI at scale and contribute to AVEVA’s innovation‑driven culture.

Responsabilità
* 8+ years in data science, advanced analytics, ML engineering or equivalent, with 3+ years in hands‑on statistical modeling, ML, data pipelines and experimental design
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field; advanced degree preferred
* Proficiency in Python, SQL, R and ML libraries
* Experience with AI/ML techniques, model evaluation, training/tuning, monitoring, governance
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Strong ability to translate research into practical solutions
* Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non‑technical audiences
