As our Inside Sales Representative, you will support HID’s success by:
1. Managing customer requests, coordinating with internal technical teams, and preparing economic proposals with the Sales team.
2. Preparing order confirmations and documentation for internal use and shipment.
3. Maintaining weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports.
4. Supporting management at exhibitions, conferences, and events.
5. Managing samples and archives.
6. Interacting with customers regarding customs and export activities.
7. Supporting sales team in organizing events and trade fairs.
8. Monitoring sales performance and updating related budget files.
Your Experience and Background include:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in a mechanical/mechatronic company.
* Practical import and export management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Familiarity with Windows OS.
* Effective communication skills in English and Italian, both verbal and written.
* Ability to interpret technical journals, specifications, and standards.
* Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French) is a plus.
