Ensure the development of projects in compliance with the contractual obligations. Ensure the project delivery on time, on budget and on quality. Ensure the execution of the assigned projects in compliance with value creation and risk management objectives; manage the relations with customers, partners and suppliers; ensure the coordination of the Project Team and of the contributions of the involved company Functions; Lead the Project Team activities in planning and execution of planned and un-planned maintenance activities at the Customer plant negotiate active claims and support Procurement department in passive ones; oversee the invoicing and cashing in process and the return of guarantees up to the final acceptance and contract closure; participate in the development of commercial offers for Solutions and LTSAs for own accountability; identify opportunities for commercial development in the assigned area, in concert with the Sales and Field Functions. Suggest methods, plans and possible local suppliers and partners for the creation of a network to support the business. Requirements Degree in Engineering or comparable education At least 5 years' experience in technical-managerial roles with consolidated experience in Customer relationships. Minimum 3 years of experience in project management Basic knowledge of Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Generators Knowledge of contracts and project planning and controlling techniques is a plus Open minded team player, willing to learn with strong endurance and flexible, have a customer oriented approach. Fluent in English. Knowledge of German, Spanish and/or French is a plus Availability for frequent travel in Italy and abroad Autonomy, proactivity, ability to adapt to changes and problem solving skills Good teamwork and communication skills in different settings and contexts.
