By building strong relationships with the partner’s staff and influencing their advocacy for Apple, you’ll help drive product knowledge, brand awareness, and sales success. Through your influence, you will grow Apple business in the multi-branded store by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training partner staff while ensuring all our merchandising standards are met. In this position, your work schedule will be based on business needs and will require you to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. /p pIn this role, you will: /p ul liRepresent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand. /li liShare your in‑depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products. /li liProvide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services. /li liProactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers. /li liLeverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey. /li liEnsure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards. /li liProvide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and elevate issues for timely and effective resolution. /li liEducate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 2 years of related experience. /li liPassion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives. /li liCuriosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others. /li liOutstanding customer focus. /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liAbility to educate and inspire others. /li liSolid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale. /li liFluency in Italian and ability to communicate in English. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liHigh level of integrity, trust, and accountability. /li liStrong self‑motivation and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment. /li liEffective time management including ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks. /liliAmbition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions is desirable. /li liBackground in direct sales or solution‑based selling is a plus. /li /ul pAt Apple, we’re not all the same.
