PowerBi is a plus. You’re curious, open to change, and ready to find better ways of doing things. You like taking initiative and working independently, but you’re also a true team player. A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US In this role, you’ll be part of the store’s People & Culture team, supporting in ensuring that our co-workers are in the right place, at the right time, to meet our customers in the best way. Here's what your day might look like : Turn staff planning principles into action by building schedules that make sense for both people and the business. Analyze workforce data, produce related reports, and provide new solutions based on the insights gathered. Work closely with leaders to ensure our planning follows IKEA standards, local labor laws, and union agreements. Support the full staff planning cycle, from forecasting to publishing schedules, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Highlight potential improvements and flag deviations to the Unit P&C Manager when needed. Help ensure planning supports talent development and creates conditions for a great co-worker and customer experience. Collaborate with recruiters and P&C colleagues to ensure new joiners get the right contract setup from day one.
