PpWe are seeking a CRM Technical Lead to join our IT CRM division. /p pThis role is focused on developing solutions on the AWS cloud platform to support Salesforce and the broader CRM ecosystem, with the goal of driving innovation and process automation through advanced technologies and modern architectures. /p pThe candidate will coordinate and manage an offshore development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and mentor an offshore team of developers on CRM-related projects using Agile methodologies /li liDesign and implement AWS-based solutions that integrate with Salesforce and other CRM-related systems /li liDrive adoption of best practices for cloud-native architectures /li liExplore and implement Generative AI capabilities, focusing on agentic systems for intelligent automation and advanced CRM functionalities /li liDefine and implement monitoring dashboards for platform health /li liContribute to initiatives aimed at improving software development, management, and maintenance processes /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience with AWS cloud environment and related services /li liStrong knowledge of Java, Python, or other modern programming languages /li liExperience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) /li liKnowledge of Generative AI technologies, with practical exposure to agentic architectures (e.g., multi-agent orchestration, autonomous workflows) /li liProven ability to lead and coordinate software development teams effectively /li liProficiency in English (written and spoken) /li liAWS certifications are required (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent) /li liAdditional cloud certifications (Azure, GCP) are an advantage /li liExperience in Salesforce development roles is considered a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
