We are looking for a Payroll Clerk as a key team member in our Human Resources department, reporting directly to the HR Manager and working closely with the Assistant Manager and payroll team.
This role is specifically tailored to support the unique environments of Splendido and Splendido Mare.
Main duties and responsibilities: HR Administration and Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and provide general administrative, from entering employee information into the HR management system, managing timecards, to the end of the employment relationship.
Prepare reports related to HR metrics, such as employee turnover and training completion rates.
Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy and timely payment for employees Coordinating mandatory medical examinations and health surveillance Checking pay slips, in collaboration with Payroll supervisor Special Projects: Participate in HR projects as assigned, contributing to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Management is a plus.
Candidates with experience working with employment agencies will also be considered.
2 years of experience in a structured, international organization is preferred.
Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly within luxury hotels or resorts, is highly desirable.
Passion and Drive: A genuine enthusiasm for HR and a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment like the luxury hospitality sector.
High energy and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential.
Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a demanding, ever-evolving setting.
Experience handling diverse situations within a high-end resort environment is a plus.
Communication Skills : Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Additional languages are a plus.
Collaboration : A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, interacting positively with other departments.
Software Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with HRIS systems (es. Zucchetti) is advantageous.
