Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Milano area. As a key member of our Life Sciences Service Team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service and support to our customers.
In this role, you will work closely with our customers to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our products continue to meet their evolving needs. You will also be involved in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, as well as providing training and guidance to customers on how to use our products effectively.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent technical skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable traveling throughout North Italy and Europe.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Technical Skills:
o High school diploma or university degree in electronic engineering or similar
o 2-3 years of experience within automated workstation (preferably in medical environment)
o Full understanding of automated workflows
o Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems in automated systems
* Languages:
o English language with a minimum level B2

This role requires a high level of travel, including overnight stays in North Italy and Europe. You must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record, as well as the ability to lift and move equipment up to 30kg.
