This position provides sales and technical support to the Global Account Managers in the Global Projects & Accounts (GPA) team, focusing on proposals for fire and gas detection systems worldwide. The main responsibility is to develop proposals for global projects linked to end users and EPCs.
The role actively contributes to improving proposal processes within the GPA team and supports sales efforts to secure new orders. It also offers occasional global support to other regions.
Close collaboration with the Director, Account Managers, and other global bid resources is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review RFQ and enquiry documentation in detail.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals responding to customer enquiries.
* Design and specify engineered fire and gas systems meeting customer requirements.
* Coordinate with internal and external support for proposal inputs.
* Work with sales, legal, and contracts teams to ensure coherent and risk-aware proposals.
* Assist Account Managers and customers with technical queries.
* Handle proposal requests in cooperation with Account Managers.
* Contribute to improving proposal processes.
* Participate in clarifications with customers and Bid Clarification Meetings as needed.
* Use Salesforce (SFDC) to maintain proposal activities.
* Provide documentation to customers, including order-specific declarations.
* Participate in the handover process from Sales to Project upon receiving POs.
* Support customers and sales teams pre-sales.
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications include:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical certification; experience can substitute for formal education.
* At least two years’ experience in similar roles.
* Experience designing technical specifications and proposals.
* Experience with global EPC bidding processes is advantageous.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
* Effective communication with international customers.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Enthusiastic learner.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Ability to prioritize and use initiative.
* Experience with Autronica and Det-Tronics products or related industry.

* Willingness to travel occasionally, sometimes on short notice.
