Sales Representative Specialist On behalf of our Client, a leader in the diabetes care market, IQVIA is looking for a Sales Representative Specialist who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Manage, in line with the directives of the company, the promotion and development of product sales to customers in the assigned area, ensuring the achievement of defined objectives. Regularly visit customers in the assigned territory (existing and potential), through a consultative approach.

Collaborate with all company organization in order to provide transparent feedback to support the achievement of company objectives.

Interact with stakeholders operating in the territory or business partners, ensuring the most effective management of existing and potential customers.

Visiting existing and potential customers: Diabetes Services at Hospitals, Polyclinics, Private Nursing Homes, Universities and Local Health Authorities and Retail channel.

Managing pharmacies: managing assigned pharmacies and developing potential client pharmacies.

Collect and discuss with company’s management all the information on the evolution of the reference market, proposing the actions that can best support the achievement of the assigned objectives.

After sharing and agreeing with the manager, maintain close contact with colleagues and business partners operating in the area, in order to ensure an effective customer approach.

Keeping constantly updated on the evolution of the company's products/systems and competitors, also by studying the training material made available by the Company. Transferring to the Head Office Sales Functions the most relevant information gathered on the market about competitors’ products and strategies.

Keeping the market situation under constant control in terms of sell‑out in the territory, proposing the necessary corrective actions to the direct manager. Periodically elaborates and transmits to the direct manager the analysis of the situation of the territory.

The Sales Representative is responsible for reporting to the systems in charge the tracking of activities carried out, sample unloading, expense management according to established methods and timing.

He/she carries out and completes training and instructional procedures on time.

Carry out duties with responsibility, diligence, care of company and common property, in accordance with company guidelines and HCC procedures.

Key Experiences & Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar position

Degree in scientific disciplines (Italian Law 219/06) –

considered a plus

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Propensity for professional and personal growth, with great tenacity and determination to achieve objectives

Knowledge of Diabetes, OT Products and Competition : Demonstrates thorough understanding of diabetes, pathophysiology, treatment options, risks and complications, and can draw distinctions between OneTouch and competitor products during sales activities.

Territory management

We offer:

Contract: Chemical contract, starting with 1 year contract
