Learn more about this role and how you can begin driving your career forward! /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pParticipate to the project of transferring Account Receivable Credit Management processes currently managed by Dana Finance SSO Lithuania to a new provider in India “SSP” for Allison Off Highway entities (AOH). /p pFacilitate communication between local AOH team and SSP team, following up the performance of the SSP ensuring the sustainability of the AR Credit Management service while helping local Finance team to guarantee compliance (regulatory-group and SOX), books accuracy and timely closings. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liParticipate in accurate management of customer account balances through strategic collaboration with SSP team. /li liCoordinate communication over collection activities executed by SSP to maximize efficiency. /li liCooperate to guarantee compliance with Group policies and local regulatory frameworks. /li liSupport local Credit Management team during internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and compliance. /li liFacilitate communications between SSP and local Credit Management to monitor and assess credit risk, implementing proactive measures. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance or related disciplines. /li liKnowledge of accounting principles management metrics and credit. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken). /li liPrevious experience in credit management in a multinational context is a plus. /li liStrong proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools. /li liStrong problem-solving skills and intercultural communication abilities. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong focus on precision and meticulous attention to details. /li liProven ability to deliver results through a goal-oriented approach. /li liExpertise in problem-solving and effective prioritization of tasks. /li liCommunication and collaboration skills within international and multicultural environments. /li /ul pAllison Transmission is an equal opportunity employer.
