Job Title: Fleet Support Center EngineerPurpose of the Job:Provide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams in case of faults during service of locomotivesMonitor locomotives systems remotely and respond promptly to operational anomalies Coordinate with traffic control and fleet management to manage locomoties availability and service recoveryProvide clear and accurate instructions or guidance based on established protocols and proceduresTroubleshoot and diagnose issues related to railway equipment providing timely solutions and support to the off-site technical interventionsPrepare detailed reports and documentation of off-site maintenance activities, including findings and recommendationsAnalyze incidents and support post-event investigations to determine technical causesCollaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to support repairs and maintenance workParticipate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesConduct field inspections special checks and assessments of rolling stock (locomotives)Review fleet failures, downtime reports and equipment histories to uncover reoccurring operation problems.
