In this role you help customers maximize value from Workday after Go-Live by delivering targeted advisory services and hands‐on guidance. You work closely with cross‐functional teams to troubleshoot, configure, and demonstrate Workday features that align with client goals. You'll share best practices, present concise value propositions, and support adoption through structured programs. This position blends deep product knowledge with customer‐facing coaching in a fast‐paced, collaborative culture.
