This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience. /ppbKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /b /ppPartner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results /ppMaintain brand standards in visual merchandising /ppEnsure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations /ppReview, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the general manager and other leaders to assure that any changes are communicated to employees /ppAlong with the General Manager, provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives /ppbMonitor and maintain store inventory /b /ppResponsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations when on duty /ppMaintain professional working relationships with business partners /ppAssist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet the needs of the business /ppMaintain strict confidentiality and compliance /ppPerform other tasks that have been assigned by management /ppbSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS /b /ppTwo years of related experience and / or training or equivalent combination of education and experience /ppPrior management experience, preferably in retail and / or customer service area is a plus /ppMust have prior cash handling experience /ppMust possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees /ppStrong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion /ppAble to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.), comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices /ppProven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures /ppAbility to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely /ppbADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS /b /ppMust possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR background check (delivery locations only) /ppMust be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check /ppbMust be at least 21 years of age /b /ppMust function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies /ppMust be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude /ppPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS /ppbWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is : /b /ppConstantly required to move / traverse throughout entire facility, including tight spaces /ppAccurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public; observe / inspect details at varying ranges; operate computing devices /ppFrequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery) : push / pull objects up to 50lbs; lift / carry / position objects up to 50 lbs.; ascend / descend stool / ladder / steps; position self and / or objects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl) /ppMust have visual and auditory acuity with or without aids to perform all functions of the position /ppOccasionally required to remain in a seated position /ppbWORK SCHEDULE /b /pp40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs.
