A Day in the Life of International Social & Creators Lead What You’ll Do Shape Culture, Not Just Content - Define and roll out a bold, forward-thinking social strategy rooted in cultural trends — ensuring our brands are part of the conversation, not just watching it happen. - Co-lead with brand teams to define strategic content territories and shape each brand’s unique digital world. Launch & Lead Our Content Studio - Spearhead the Content Studio launch — from vision to go-live. Orchestrate onboarding across markets and streamline operations to scale creativity globally. - Curate and supervise content delivery from the Studio, ensuring everything meets brand standards, tone of voice, and aesthetic quality. Spot new content angles, trends, and formats — and reimagine how to repurpose with purpose. Own the Creator Strategy - Build a best-in-class creator ecosystem. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our collaborations are impactful, authentic, and aligned with brand values. - Monitor performance, champion creator-led storytelling, and support local teams in rolling out their own creator strategies under a clear global framework. Measure What Matters - Set the bar for how we measure content success, analyze what’s working (and what’s not), and optimize continuously based on insights. What You Bring - Proven experience in a creative, social or content strategy role within an agency or lifestyle brand. - Deep understanding of platform dynamics and what makes content _pop_. - Fluency in cultural trends — you know what’s next before it becomes mainstream. - Experience managing or launching content studios or creative hubs is a strong plus. - A natural eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and creators who _get it_.
