Together, we can make an impact!Job ScopeTo act as a primary interface to the Quality departments within the Company, for all that relates to the root cause investigation, troubleshooting and impact assessment of Immuno devices whenever engaged in field complaints, non‐conformities and inquiries, and to contribute to the identification of possible related weak points and areas of improvement.Key Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate in investigating, describing and troubleshooting issues on field systems, including analyzer HW, SW, Consumables and their interaction with reagents;Contribute to carrying out impact assessment in a timely manner and to provide decision to solve issues;Actively define, support, and perform as appropriate, the experimental test plans, protocols and activities needed to investigation and troubleshooting;Contribute to defining inputs, requirements and associated impact for further improvements of existing analyzers and new systems to be developed;Harmonize the above described tasks with Diasorin Quality System, caring for the drafting and finalization of proper documentation;Interface with all technical functions in relation to the mentioned tasks, internal to SD&I and with Product Development, Corporate Service, Customer Care and Quality & Regulatory;Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, the Quality Management System, the Company Policies and the Corporate Procedures.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and Master of Science in technical or scientific subjects2 years' experience in an equivalent role is a plusKnowledge of Diasorin Immuno systems is a plusPrevious experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) and/or highly regulated FDA environments and biotechnology industry experience is highly appreciatedKnowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is appreciatedExperience with working under ISO 13485Used to discuss technical topicsGood experience using Microsoft Office package
