At this level, he/she operates with full autonomy on large projects and may supervise a team of project controllers for a portfolio of large and complex projects. Acts as the financial support and representative for the Project Manager, ensuring financial transparency. /ppbuKey accountabilities /u /b /pulliEnsure project accounting aligns with company guidelines. /liliOrganize project reviews from start to end of each contract. /liliManage controlling and financial reporting of projects according to internal control rules. /liliEnsure accuracy and integrity of project financial data in sector reviews, respecting Alstom rules. /liliSupport the Project Manager and other project functions as a finance partner. /liliPrepare project review content and periodic financial presentations with the project team. /liliUnderstand project documents and systems, actively managing financial implications. /liliProduce all requested financial reports (forecast cash flow, revenue, gross margin, etc.). /liliImplement and maintain robust internal controls, including DoA. /liliCoordinate with local finance teams for onshore projects. /liliMaintain full knowledge of all financial movements within the project scope, ensuring correct and accurate reporting and reconciliation. /liliManage interfaces with tax, treasury, insurance, and contract management functions. /liliEnsure consistency and accuracy of claims and risk assessments in financials. /liliProvide reliable financial data to management for decision-making. /liliConduct ad-hoc reporting and investigations as needed. /liliCoordinate with project teams like Planning and Sourcing. /li /ulpbMandatory qualifications: /b /pulliBachelor's degree in finance-related fields such as accounting, finance, business administration, or economics. /lili6-8 years of controlling experience in large multinational construction projects (Senior PC). /liliExperience in project accounting and contract management. /liliProficiency in Excel and ERP systems. /liliStrong analytical skills and forecasting ability. /liliExcellent communication and coordination skills. /li /ulpAdditional qualities include integrity and resilience.
