We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support Smart Home and Smart Building automation solutions.The role focuses on after-sales technical support, remote diagnostics, system deployment, and close collaboration with partners, installers, and internal technical teams.Provide technical support and remote diagnostics to resellers, distributors, system integrators, installers, and end usersAnalyze customer requests and deliver structured, professional technical solutionsProgram, deploy, and support smart home and building automation, networking, and security systems (remote and on-site when required)Manage and maintain customer technical documentation and product knowledge resourcesDeliver technical training sessions for installers and system integratorsManage support tickets and coordinate on-site actions when necessaryHandle RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes and analyze returned productsReport field feedback, recurring issues, and improvement suggestions to the technical departmentIdentify upselling opportunities for services and products and support the sales networkRequirementsPrevious experience in technical support, installation, or deployment in smart home, building automation, electrical, HVAC, security, fire, video surveillance, or networking sectorsExperience in B2B technical support environmentsStrong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work methodically and maintain high professional standards under pressureKnowledge of installation processes and project phasesExperience with data analysis, reporting, and technical documentationExperience delivering technical training#J-18808-Ljbffr
