You will lead supplier negotiations, optimize commercial conditions, and build strong partnerships, contributing to the growth of the Italian market in close collaboration with international procurement teams.About your tasks:Drive supplier contribution improvements, including end-of-year agreements and commercial contributionsOptimize rebates on invoices and maximize payment termsNegotiate and manage promotional plans with suppliers to support commercial performanceIndependently lead annual supplier negotiations as well as in-year renegotiations after the onboarding phaseManage a broad supplier portfolio and substantial purchasing volumesOversee purchasing activities across multiple product categoriesAbout You:Solid experience in buying, strategic purchasing, or category management, with direct responsibility for supplier negotiations and commercial termsMandatory background in one or more of the following sectors: pharma retail, para-pharmacy, dermocosmetics, cosmetics, food supplements, or beautyProven experience in managing suppliers, negotiating commercial conditions, and supporting category growth in a fast-moving retail or wholesale environment
