Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Role MissionDefine the standard architectures for one or more mechanical train subsystems, hereafter referred to as System Architecture Areas (SAA), establishing the relevant technical referentials and providing technical support to projects (deployment, tailoring of standard solutions, problem solving).Translate these architectures at project level, leading the engineering activities associated with the assigned SAA and coordinating the development and technical procurement of mechanical subsystems.The role operates using Requirements Engineering methodology, ensuring consistency, traceability, and technical quality across the entire subsystem perimeter.Main ResponsibilitiesRequirements Management and System Architecture- Develop technical requirements based on reference documents (Standards, Certification, Safety, Platform, Customer).- Allocate requirements to the various subsystems and develop transversal requirements in collaboration with domain specialists.- Define the train system architecture, operating modes, and associated functionalities.- Ensure consistency and compatibility among all subsystem specifications.- Prepare subsystem specifications and, when required, the architectural description in line with the overall system architecture.Product Management and Catalogue Interface- Complete the "Entry connector" to query t
